Ownership of Pilot Turku Ltd expanded

28 April 2006

Negotiations concerning the expansion of ownership of Pilot Turku Ltd have been concluded for this spring, and the directed share issue has ended. The Town of Kaarina, City of Naantali and Municipality of Lieto subscribed to four shares each.

The principal owner of the company remains the City of Turku, and the other founder member Hartela Group is a significant shareholder.
