SRV Group planning customisable office premises in LogiCity for SMEs

SRV Group has reached agreement with the City of Turku on the lease of a more than 32,000 square metre site in the LogiCity area.

 

SRV is planning premises for LogiCity in accordance with its Smart Tech Center (STC) concept. The complex will comprise four buildings and be designed by Schauman Architects Ltd.

 

Smart Tech Center is developed by SRV as a multipurpose concept for premises and is intended to serve the needs of SMEs in particular. The key feature is customisability – in addition to logistics, the premises are ideal for production and office use as appropriate to the company’s line of business. STC buildings are always located at traffic nodes and offer excellent parking space facilities.
